Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters (AEO) is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador in Ottawa. You’ll greet guests, educate on AE/Aerie products and drive loyalty program adoption, delivering an exceptional shopping experience. You’ll flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom while upholding brand standards.

You’ll need energy, strong people skills and retail experience. Availability evenings, weekends and holidays is preferred, and you must be 18+.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people!
• You're full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You're available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends & holidays).
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You've worked in retail before. #practicemakesperfect
• You're at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• You're a people person! You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they're looking for.
• You're passionate about AE & Aerie product and educate guests on product details, offering suggestions.
• You share the brand love by introducing the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• You can hang between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• You're an innovative problem solver, resolving guest concerns while sticking to policy.
• You're a team player - #teamwork, assisting your team to get the job done.
• You've got integrity and adhere to AEO policies & procedures.
