Part-Time Brand Ambassadors are passionate about providing personalized and inspiring shopping experiences that exceed customer expectations. They are team players who are curious, resourceful, and committed to inclusivity. Brand Ambassadors serve as the entry point for future leadership roles within Ralph Lauren, offering opportunities to advance and grow.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Motivate to drive daily sales and achieve goals weekly and monthly.
• Focus on the customer to proactively drive business decisions.
• Support company initiatives and participate in team training.
• Utilize innovative shopping methods and support new technology to enhance results.
• Represent customer experience expectations in-store.
• Deliver consistent brand-aligned experiences supporting store vision.
• Champion Ralph Lauren's core values.
• Foster a collaborative environment centered around the customer.
• Build a clientele through networking.
• Provide ongoing feedback to management on successes and opportunities.
• Support alternative purchasing methods such as Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, and Ship to Home.
• Enhance product discovery via QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual stores.
• Report category opportunities or needs to management.
• Maintain store standards and sales floor appearance at all times.

Pay Range

Max and Min pay ranges depend on experience, skills, and knowledge.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

• Retail or similar industry experience in high-volume or high-profile environments preferred.
• Effective communication skills with customers and staff.
• Ability to maneuver around the store, lift up to 30 lbs, and work with chemicals safely.
• Stand, move, and walk for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel as needed.
• Ability to build positive relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.
