Job summary

West Edmonton Mall Property Inc. (West Edmonton Mall and Fantasyland Hotel) seeks a bartender for L1 Lounge to prepare alcoholic beverages in compliance with AGLC rules. You will mix cocktails, stock the bar, and maintain sanitary conditions for guests.

Requirements include being at least 18, a ProServe certification (or willingness to train), and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly. Prior bartending experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Age 18+ required.
• ProServe certification or willingness to attend training.
• Strong problem-solving skills; able to respond calmly in stressful situations.
• Previous bartending experience is a definite asset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic beverages according to department standards and regulations.
• Mix drinks, cocktails, wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Stock bar inventory and keep track of supplies.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary bar area and accurate cash float.
