Job summary

The Root Cellar Village Green Grocer at McKenzie Corner in Victoria, BC is seeking a Part-Time Barista to join our welcoming team. You will deliver customer service, craft beverages to a high-quality standard, and help maintain a clean, inviting store environment.

The role offers roughly 20 to 25 hours per week with morning and mid-day shifts plus some weekends, and includes a 20% store discount. Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; cash handling and product knowledge are

THE ROLE

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Barista to join our Root Cellar Team! As a Barista, you will be responsible for contributing to a welcoming, friendly, and high-quality customer experience through exceptional service, superior beverage preparation, and upkeep of store appearance.
