Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Leadership/supervisory experience required.
• Basic skills in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word), Outlook and DSC Systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 60 lbs and performing repetitive duties.
• Bilingual French/English is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor staff work performance.
• Train new Ushers, banquet servers and ushers.
• Monitor business flow and labour management.
• Provide professional food service to customers based on customer requirements.
• Assist with setup and preparation of the banquet room, bars, and theatre.
• Enter invoices in the point of sale system.
• Administrative tasks.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
