Cineplex in Regina is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager to lead a dedicated team and ensure an exceptional guest experience during busy periods.

You will help manage the theatre's budget and grow revenue, forecast initiatives, and take an active hand to keep guests satisfied and excited about their next visit. This role offers flexible hours, opportunities to grow, and a collaborative environment as part of Canada's premier film exhibition company.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar environment.
• Ability to analyze and interpret customer needs and offer options and resolutions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team during high volume periods across departments.
• Strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skills.
• Schedule flexibility to work extended hours as required.

What you will do: Part-Time Assistant Manager

Cineplex's Part-Time Assistant Managers are an integral part of the team who provide an exceptional experience to each and every guest. Our PT Assistant Managers are passionate about movies and look to bring their experience towards providing a fun and entertaining night out. In this role, your responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Assist with leading and managing a dedicated team of employees and, when necessary, take an active hand to ensure guest satisfaction is maintained. Manage the guest experience - ensure every guest who visits your facility is satisfied and is excited about their next visit. Assist with managing your theatre's budget and growing revenue. Forecast, initiate action/projects to drive the business forward and strengthen Cineplex Entertainment as Canada's #1 premier film exhibition company.

• You have experience in a similar environment.
