Job summary

Cineplex in Regina is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager who is passionate about movies and delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will help lead a dedicated team and ensure our guests have a fun and entertaining night out.

In this role you will assist with budgeting, driving revenue, and implementing action plans to grow the theatre's business. Flexibility to work extended hours and a positive, guest‑focused attitude are essential.

Part-Time Assistant Manager

Cineplex’s Part-Time Assistant Managers are an integral part of the team who provide an exceptional experience to each and every guest. Our PT Assistant Managers are passionate about movies and look to bring their experience towards providing a fun and entertaining night out.

In this role, your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Assist with leading and managing a dedicated team of employees and, when necessary, take an active hand to ensure guest satisfaction is maintained.
• Manage the guest experience - ensure every guest who visits your facility is satisfied and is excited about their next visit.
• Assist with managing your theatre’s budget and growing revenue.
• Forecast, initiate action/projects to drive the business forward and strengthen Cineplex Entertainment as Canada’s #1 premier film exhibition company.

Qualifications

• You have experience in a similar environment.
• You can analyze and interpret the needs of customers and offer appropriate options, solutions, and resolutions required.
• You have demonstrated ability to lead a team during high volume business periods in multiple departments.
• You have strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skills.
• You have schedule flexibility to work extended hours as required.
