Cineplex Inc. in Regina, Canada, is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager to join our theatre team. You will help lead a dedicated staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and support daily operations during busy periods.

You will assist with budgeting, drive revenue, forecast projects, and contribute to delivering a fun, high-quality moviegoing experience. Flexible hours and a supportive team are offered, with opportunities to grow within Cineplex.

Formación

• Experience in a similar environment.
• Ability to analyze and interpret customer needs and offer options and resolutions.
• Proven capacity to lead a team during high-volume periods across departments.
• Strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skills.
