Qualifications

• Protect & deter theft, fraud and policy violations in-store.
• Safely detain offenders following company and legal procedures.
• Investigate incidents and coordinate with law enforcement when required.
• Reduce shrink by identifying loss trends and implementing prevention strategies.
• Support store operations by ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule.
