Job summary

Becklar LLC in Dartmouth, Canada, is seeking a vigilant security agent to respond to alarm signals, verify responses, and dispatch authorities as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Calm, reliable, and professional in a fast-paced environment with high-pressure situations; willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Able to pass two-week training class.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Must reside in Canada and be legally authorized to work.

Responsibilities

• Process and respond to alarm signals quickly, accurately, and professionally in stressful situations.
• Dispatch the proper authorities, verify that help is on the way.
• Document all responses accurately for the signals.
• Learn and utilize multiple software systems efficiently.
