Becklar, LLC is seeking a bilingual (French and English) alarm monitoring professional in Canada. The role requires calm, reliability, and the ability to stay composed under pressure, with weekends and holidays availability and a paid 3-week training program.

• Process and respond to alarm signals quickly and accurately in stressful situations.
• Dispatch authorities and verify help is on the way.
• Document responses to all signals accurately.
• Learn and use multiple software systems efficiently.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Ce Que Nous Recherchons?

• Bilingue en français et en anglais (oral et écrit) – requis
• 18 ans ou plus, avec un diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalent
• Expérience en service à la clientèle (un atout)
• Capacité à rester calme et professionnel(le) sous pression
• Disponible pour travailler un jour de fin de semaine par semaine ou une fin de semaine sur deux, ainsi que les jours fériés
• Capacité à suivre et réussir la formation rémunérée de 3 semaines
• Engagement minimal de 6 mois
• Vérification du casier judiciaire réussie
• Résider au Canada et être légalement autorisé(e) à y travailler

What We’re Looking for?

• Must be fluent in French and English, spoken and written (Required)
• Must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Calm ,reliable, and professional in a fast‑paced environment with high‑pressure situations willing to work weekends and holidays
• Must able to pass a background check
• Able to pass three week training class
• Experience in customer service is preferred
• Must reside in Canada and be legally authorized to work
