Job summary

Becklar is seeking an Alarm Response Specialist in Dartmouth, NS. You will promptly process alarm signals, coordinate with authorities, and document responses while using multiple software systems.

The role requires adaptability to high-pressure situations and weekend availability, with paid training and opportunities for growth. The company values safety, care, and teamwork, offering starting pay of $17.00/hour (day shift) and $18.00/hour (overnight).

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

• Process and respond to alarm signals quickly and professionally.
• Dispatch the proper authorities and verify help is on the way.

What We're Looking for?

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Calm ,reliable, and professional in a fast-paced environment with high-pressure situations willing to work weekends and holidays
• Must able to pass a background check
• Able to pass two week training class
• Experience in customer service is preferred
• Must reside in Canada and be legally authorized to work.
