Job summary

Becklar, LLC is seeking a customer service oriented team member to process video alarm signals quickly, accurately and professionally. You will maintain high-quality ticket details and learn new software to handle multiple tasks.

The role requires strong attention to detail, English proficiency, and the ability to use technology for extended periods. Becklar provides fully paid training, growth opportunities, tuition reimbursement, weekly pay, and a collaborative team environment.

What We're Looking for?

• 1+ year of customer service experience strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail is a must
• Must be able to type, write, and speak English
• Must be able to use technology efficiently for an extended amount of time

Preferred Experience (but Not Required)

• 1 Year of phone customer service
• 1 Year of security experience
• Bilingual is a plus
