Job summary

Becklar is seeking a dedicated alarm monitoring specialist in Canada to respond quickly to signals, dispatch authorities, and document actions across multiple software platforms.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, require weekend/holiday availability, and complete two weeks of paid training. Becklar emphasizes safety, reliability, and a supportive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Calm, reliable and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must reside in Canada and be legally authorized to work.

Responsibilities

• Process and respond to alarm signals quickly and accurately in stressful situations.
• Dispatch the proper authorities and verify help is on the way.
• Document responses accurately for each signal; learn and use multiple software systems.

What You’ll Do

• Process and respond to alarm signals quickly, accurately, and professionally in stressful situations
• Dispatch the proper authorities , verify that help is on the way
• Document all responses accurately for the signals
• Learn and utilize multiple software systems efficiently
• Participate in training and development , for professional growth.

What We’re Looking for ? :

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Calm ,reliable, and professional in a fast-paced environment with high-pressure situations
• willing to work weekends and holidays
• Must able to pass a background check
• Able to pass two week training class
• Experience in customer service is preferred
• Must reside in Canada and be legally authorized to work.
