Job summary

Indigo Park Canada is seeking a motivated Parking Enforcement Officer / Customer Service Representative to join our Halifax team. You will patrol properties, assist customers on-site, enforce parking rules, and help maintain safety and efficiency of our operations.

The role offers independent work, opportunities for growth, and a service-first culture. Candidates should have 1–2 years of customer service experience, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Valid provincial driver's license and clean driving record.
• Criminal record check required.
• Accurate data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Patrol properties to enforce parking regulations and ensure safety.
• Assist customers on-site and handle calls as Customer Service Rep.
• Communicate with dispatch via two-way radio or cell phone.
• Issue warnings and citations for improperly parked vehicles.
• Input and retrieve vehicle information on handheld device.
• Maintain records, logs, and contested citations.
• Collect fees from parking meters and manage equipment.
• Report hazards, incidents, and emergencies to the Manager.
