Responsibilities:

• Patrol properties to ensure safety and enforce parking regulations.
• Serve as a Customer Service Representative, assisting customers on-site and handling calls.
• Maintain close communication with dispatch using a two-way radio or cell phone.
• Relay information about incidents or emergencies to the appropriate personnel.
• Issue warnings and citations for improperly parked vehicles.
• Identify vehicles in violation of parking codes.
• Report hazardous conditions like missing traffic signs or street markings.
• Identify and report suspicious objects or vehicles.
• Monitor environmental conditions for potential hazards such as ice.
• Use a hand-held device to input and retrieve vehicle information.
• Investigate and address complaints related to contested parking citations.
• Keep detailed operational records including activity logs and contested citations.
• Collect fees from parking meters.
• Maintain and manage assigned equipment.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks and report any mechanical issues to the Manager.
• Perform any other assigned duties as needed.
