Kelly Services (Canada), Ltd. is seeking Licensed Paralegals to join a busy Mississauga law firm that handles diverse debt recovery matters, including secured and unsecured collections.

The role offers a Monday–Friday 9am–5pm schedule and a starting salary around $45k with benefits after a 3-month probation period. Ideal candidates are licensed Paralegals with active LSUC status, 1–2 years of experience, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Paralegal with the Law Society of Upper Canada and have a current active status.
• At least one to two years paralegal experience preferred.
• Ability to adapt easily to custom built software.
• Strong Verbal and Written Communication skills
• Excellent Organizational skills
• Ability to work with a team.
• Targets driven and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and drafting of Statement of Claims.
• Preparation and drafting of Default Judgments.
• Preparation of Motions, AOS, Affidavits of Enforcements.
• Garnishment follow ups.
• Writ filings.

Kelly’s customer, an established full-service law firm in Mississauga specializing in various forms of debt recovery including both secured and unsecured collections, are looking for Licensed Paralegals to join their team.

• Preparation and drafting of Statement of Claims.
• Preparation and drafting of Default Judgments.
• Preparation of Motions, AOS, Affidavits of Enforcements.

• Calls to debtors with a view to resolving outstanding judgment debts.
