We are seeking an experienced Paid Social Manager with over 6 years of hands-on experience managing, optimizing, and scaling performance marketing campaigns, with a primary focus on Meta Ads and additional experience in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. The ideal candidate is highly technical, data-driven, and has a strong track record of achieving business goals through paid media strategies.
This position will be 4 days a week in our Toronto office (181 Bay Street), Mondays to Thursdays and Fridays are work from home. Reporting to the Senior Paid Media Manager, this role requires a deep understanding of analytics, audience segmentation, automation, and performance optimization.
