Account Manager - Paid Social

Overview:

The Account Manager – Paid Social is responsible for developing the paid social media approach and executing these tactics across multiple social channels.

As the Account Manager, you will manage the day-to-day operations of a global client’s paid social initiatives, including strategy development and campaign management based on client objectives.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Manage paid social media campaigns (Facebook, Twitter, Snap, LinkedIn, Pinterest).
  2. Create, manage, and execute strategic paid social plans aligned with client goals.
  3. Define campaign strategies and deliverables to exceed client expectations.
  4. Create, present, and obtain client approval for campaign strategies and tactics.
  5. Oversee and implement account management processes.
  6. Forecast and maximize revenue opportunities with clients.
  7. Monitor and optimize campaign performance to enhance client investment.
  8. Collaborate with internal biddable teams and sister agencies on campaign development.
  9. Maintain positive client relationships through effective communication.
  10. Develop expertise in paid social media and foster innovation and efficiency.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and recommend account improvements.
  12. Assist in creating business presentations, POVs, best practices, and documentation.

Qualifications:

  1. Hands-on experience planning and executing paid social campaigns.
  2. Deep knowledge of paid social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Snap, LinkedIn, Pinterest).
  3. Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  4. Minimum 2-3 years of paid social experience.
  5. Professional interaction skills suitable for client dealings in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  7. Technical and analytical mindset.
