Job description

We're seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented Account Manager with hands-on experience in building, managing, and optimizing digital media campaigns across social and emerging platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment and enjoys working directly within ad platforms to enhance performance.

What will you do?

  1. Manage daily client relationships, ensuring strategic alignment and proactive communication across all workstreams.
  2. Translate client goals into actionable media strategies across platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Reddit, Nextdoor, and more.
  3. Build, launch, and optimize campaigns directly within ad platforms, including ad trafficking, targeting setup, budget pacing, and A/B testing.
  4. Analyze campaign performance using platform and third-party analytics tools; provide insights and recommendations for optimization and reporting.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams such as Creative, Strategy, and Analytics to deliver cohesive client work.
  6. Prepare and present reports, insights decks, testing roadmaps, and QBRs to clients.
  7. Stay updated on platform updates, industry trends, and client category developments; proactively suggest new ideas.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of digital media experience, including at least 1 year in a client-facing account or campaign management role.
  • Proficiency in ad platform management, including Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads/YouTube, and emerging channels like Reddit, Pinterest, or Nextdoor.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret reporting tools, identify performance trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical details into clear client updates.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and self-motivated mindset.
  • Bonus: Experience with third-party reporting tools (e.g., Adobe, DOMO, MTA) and Excel data manipulation.

Salary Range

$70,000-$85,000 CAD base plus performance incentives. Actual salary depends on experience, skills, and location.
