Competenze

• 3–5+ years of experience in sales or account management (packaging industry preferred).
• Demonstrated success in sales, lead generation, and account management.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence within complex organizations.
• Customer-centric hunter mindset focused on driving new business.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present clear and persuasive solutions.
• In-depth market and customer knowledge, acting as an internal subject-matter expert.
• Self-starter with a collaborative, creative, and strategic growth mindset.
• CRM, SAP, and Excel/PowerPoint skills.
• Willingness to travel.
