Job summary

Labatt Breweries of Canada in London, Ontario, is hiring for a shift-based role within the brewing department. The position requires rotating shifts, adherence to SOPs, and participation in quality checks and sanitation processes.

Candidates should be able to lift and handle materials, wear PPE, and work safely in a fast-paced brewery environment. Overtime is possible under Labour Laws and a collective agreement.

Qualifications

• Availability for shift work essential.
• Ability to meet physical demands (lifting, bending, stairs).
• Comfort with PPE and safety protocols.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs and execute assigned work in the Department.
• Complete quality checks accurately and timely.
• Troubleshoot with colleagues and management as needed.
• Comply with London Brewery rules, EH&S policies and HACCP standards.
• Record keeping and sanitation of brewing equipment and vessels.
• Support process quality control and product samples.
