Labatt Breweries of Canada is launching a Supply Chain Trainee Program in Toronto for new graduates. The 8-month SCTP offers immersive experiences across Logistics and warehouse operations, with job shadowing and a strategic business project overseen by Supply Chain leadership.

Participants rotate through major facilities, begin with a Labatt onboarding in Toronto, and may be placed at warehouses nationwide after completion as Group Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Sciences or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with data interpretation skills.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.

Previous internship experience is a plus .Our Warehouses are 24/7 - 363 day a year facilities which may require alternating shift work for participants who enter the program.
