Job summary

Labatt Breweries of Canada is seeking a part-time Alexander Keith’s Retail associate in Halifax. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, assisting with beer selections, and guiding visitors through the brewery tour experience.

You will handle customer inquiries via email and phone, maintain a tidy store, and perform opening/closing duties. Prior retail or hospitality experience is an asset, and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

  • Experience delivering friendly, accurate customer service in a retail setting.
  • Able to explain beer products and merchandise to customers.
  • Strong team player with an enthusiastic attitude.
  • Ability to work independently when needed and manage time well.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a positive customer experience through service excellence in our Alexander Keith’s Retail store.
  • Support customers in their purchases with knowledge of beer and merchandise and the brewery tour.
  • Manage customer inquiries via emails and telephone calls.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and well-stocked workspace; complete opening/closing duties.
  • Serve as an ambassador of the Alexander Keith’s Brewery.
