Responsibilities

Supervise and train general labour personnel in the assembly of displays and other packaging.
Maintain and follow GMP guidelines to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Continually observe and improve production efficiency.
Reconcile feeder stock and components at end of shift; report discrepancies to Production Supervisor.
Foster and maintain open lines of communication.
Communicate any quality issues with quality inspectors.
Attention to detail to ensure high quality products.
Capable of performing in a fast-paced environment.
Work with computer software such as Microsoft Office/Windows.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Ensure food safety, quality, HACCP and GMP are followed.
