BRP is establishing a new Dealer Experience squad to evolve the digital tools for our dealer network, including BossWeb. BRP is establishing a new Dealer Experience squad responsible for developing and evolving the digital solutions used by our dealer network, including BossWeb.
As the Salesforce Tech Lead, you will provide the squad’s technical leadership. Salesforce will be your primary area of expertise, while your role will also cover integrations, data flows and interactions with other platforms across BRP’s technology ecosystem.
You will work with a multidisciplinary team located in Canada and Brazil to design reliable, maintainable solutions aligned with our dealers’ needs. You will contribute directly to development while guiding the team’s technical decisions and practices.
