Job summary

Jobgether SRL in Canada is seeking a Corporate Finance Manager to lead FP&A, forecasting, and strategic analysis. You will own end-to-end planning, build and refine financial models, and deliver executive-ready insights and presentations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years FP&A or corporate finance with manager-level ownership.
• Strong understanding of income statement, balance sheet and cash flow linkages.
• Experience owning recurring deliverables for senior audiences.
• Ability to redesign financial models and processes from ground up.
• Advanced modeling with large, detailed datasets.
• Excel/Google Sheets proficiency with strong presentation skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication to executives and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end FP&A processes, forecasting calendars and long-term modeling.
• Translate results into actionable business insights for senior leaders.
• Prepare executive and board-level reporting and commentary.
• Maintain consolidated financial statements and variance analyses.
• Lead planning cycles for short-, medium-, and long-term plans.
• Oversee operating expense budgeting with cross-functional partners.
• Establish budget controls, logs, and plan-to-actual mappings.
• Build and maintain financial models and analyses for strategic initiatives.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis, surface risks and opportunities.
• Identify AI-enabled automation to scale reporting and modeling.
• Standardize recurring processes and ensure high quality output.
