Brandt Tractor Ltd is seeking a Product Support Representative for overnight parts support at our Moncton, NB location. You will respond to pricing inquiries, fulfill parts orders, and provide inventory availability across Brandt's coast-to-coast network.

The role requires strong multitasking, excellent communication, and the ability to work with vendors and field staff. Fluency in English is required; French is a plus. Overnight shift rotations are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or parts-related industry is a plus.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and web applications efficiently.
• Fluency in English is required; French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Respond to pricing inquiries from customers via phone, email, and text.
• Accurately fulfill parts order requests for clients.
• Provide inventory availability and shipping times to customers.
• Assist Brandt field staff with parts support.
• Coordinate with multiple vendors to offer options and satisfy requests.
