Job summary

Brandt Tractor Ltd in Brossard is seeking a Parts Person for our Construction and Forestry location. You will assist customers in locating parts, provide pricing, and complete online orders for internal and external customers.

This role requires strong customer service, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays. Prior parts industry experience and Journeyperson Parts Certification are assets.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Foundation of parts and/or warehousing knowledge and skills.
• Previous experience in the parts industry is an asset.
• Journeyperson Parts Certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internal and external customer needs promptly, delivering accurate solutions to build relationships.
• Prepare detailed quotes and process orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage unloading, receiving, and storage of parts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Document and report shipping, receiving, inventory and stock information thoroughly.
• Manage inventory accuracy through adjustments and bin adjustments.
• Place inventory stock orders to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Locate and ship parts to customers and branches as requested.
• Provide pricing and availability support to the Service Department for work orders.
• Operate parts and warehousing equipment.
• Attend required training.
• Other duties as assigned.
