Job summary

Paladin Security in Victoria, BC is seeking Evening and Overnight Mobile Security Officers to patrol and monitor sites overnight. This role includes vehicle patrols, access control checks, perimeter inspections, incident response and maintaining a visible security presence throughout overnight hours.

Officers must be comfortable working independently in downtown, in remote and outdoor environments. Paid training and opportunities for advancement are offered by Paladin Security.

Qualifications

• Valid BC Security Worker License.
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence with clean abstract.
• Prior mobile patrol experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts.
• Comfortable outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Basic computer and report-writing skills.
• OFA Level 1 / First Aid certification considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled mobile patrols on site and surrounding roads.
• Monitor gates, fencing, equipment compounds, and restricted areas.
• Identify and report trespassing, suspicious activity, vandalism, or hazards.
• Complete digital patrol logs and detailed incident reports.
• Respond to emergencies and prepare reports.
• Maintain communication with management and site contacts.
• Provide a visible and professional security presence overnight.

Overnight Mobile Security Guards(Operations)

Training Rate: $18.75 (one week)

Regular Rate: $25.16

About the Role

We are currently seeking dependable and professional Evening and Overnight Mobile Security Officers to patrol and monitor various sites near Victoria, BC. This position involves vehicle patrols, access control checks, perimeter inspections, incident response, and maintaining a strong security presence throughout overnight hours.
