• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead SOP adherence and enforce company programs.
• Ensure store policies and standards are consistently executed.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Oversee truck execution, unloading, and merchandise flow to sales floor.
• Plan workload and prioritize tasks with store leadership.
• Maintain Store-In-Stock Optimization routines and replenishment accuracy.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Support clean, organized, and customer-ready store environment.
• Manage inventory control, shrink reduction, and stock movement.
