Job summary

You will oversee inventory, planogram execution, backroom organization, Ship from Store fulfillment, RTV/ASN processes, and staff training, with night and weekend shifts required.

Minimum 3+ years retail leadership is required, with a proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead SOP adherence and company programs to ensure policy compliance.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership, service standards, and operational continuity.
• Drive in-stock optimization, replenishment accuracy, and sales readiness to support store targets.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution and merchandising standards.
• Manage inventory control, stock movement, and backroom organization.
• Train, coach, and develop team members across assigned departments.
