Job summary

You will oversee truck processing, inventory routines, visual standards and promotional readiness in a busy Canadian store. This role requires 3+ years of retail leadership and hands-on supervision in fast-paced settings, with a focus on in-stock accuracy and planogram integrity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience driving merchandising and operational standards in-store.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in SOPs and Company programs compliance.
• Ensure execution of policies, standards and accountability.
• Provide MOD coverage and floor leadership.
• Lead truck execution and merchandise flow to sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Maintain Store-In-Stock Optimization routines for in-stock levels.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Support a clean, organized store environment and backroom.
• Manage inventory control, stock movement and shrink reduction.
• Execute promotional signage, price changes and Ship from Store fulfillment.
• Process RTVs and ASN receiving with accurate documentation.
• Train, coach and develop team members; support Asset Protection.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational policies.
