Job summary

Dexterra Group is hiring an Overnight Cleaner to ensure the highest level of cleanliness across our facilities. You will work the overnight shift from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Sunday through Thursday, performing floor care, restroom sanitation, and general cleaning tasks.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the flexibility to work independently or with a team. WHMIS knowledge is preferred, and training is provided to get you started.

Qualifications

• Must have physical stamina and mobility to reach, kneel and bend.
• Willing to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Knowledge of WHMIS; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining floors, washrooms and garbage bins in the facility.
• Cleaning classrooms and common areas in your area.
• Cleaning and sanitizing washrooms, common areas and entrances.
• Replenishing supplies in washrooms (toilet rolls, hand towels, soap).
• Dusting surfaces within reach (counter tops, fixtures, vents).
• Spot cleaning lobby floors and thorough cleaning as required.
• Vacuuming entrance mats in lobbies.
