Job summary

Dexterra Group in Toronto, Canada, is seeking a detail-oriented night cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at our site. This is a permanent part-time evening position with five shifts per week.

You will perform cleaning and sanitization of offices, restrooms, common areas, dust, vacuum, mop, and restock supplies. A background check is required, and prior janitorial experience is an asset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of cleaning/janitorial experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Background check required.
• Comfortable standing/walking for extended periods.
• Able to communicate professionally with supervisors, clients, and office members.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning and sanitization of assigned areas, including offices, pantries, restrooms, and common spaces.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors using appropriate techniques.
• Clean and disinfect surfaces, fixtures, and equipment according to protocols.
• Empty trash and replace liners in a timely manner.
• Restock cleaning supplies and maintain inventory.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
• Manage time to complete tasks within scheduled timeframes.
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct.
• Participate in trainings and educational programs.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional night cleaners to join our team in Toronto, Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environment at our site. You will work independently to ensure all areas meet our high cleanliness standards while adhering to health and safety protocols. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and committed to delivering quality work on a consistent basis.This is apermanent part-time evening position with a schedule of five (5) shifts per week.

Available Shifts:5:00PM to 9:00PM, 5:00PM to 10:00PM and 5:00PM to 11:00PM

Your work will include:

• Perform comprehensive cleaning and sanitization of assigned areas, including offices, pantries, restrooms, common areas, and specialized spaces.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment.
• Clean and disinfect surfaces, fixtures, and equipment according to established protocols.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners in a timely manner.
• Restock cleaning supplies and maintain inventory of materials.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
• Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes.
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times.
• Participate in educational programs and in-service trainings.
