Responsibilities

• Welcome late-arriving guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Complete guest arrivals/departures with accurate reservations, billing and payments.
• Respond to overnight inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Balance and reconcile daily hotel transactions and revenue.
• Prepare and distribute nightly financial and occupancy reports.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for overnight needs.
• Maintain records and cash handling procedures with security in mind.
