Job summary

GoodLife Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Motivator) at our Oakville club. You will warmly greet Members and Potential Members, check them in, handle inquiries, and support on-floor needs while promoting memberships and services.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, strong communication, and knowledge of club offerings. A friendly, energetic environment and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• CPR-A & AED Certification required within 3 months of employment.
• Smart Tan certification required within 3 months of employment.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-service orientation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet Members and check them in for workouts.
• Assist Members with questions about memberships and services.
• Answer and direct incoming calls and booking inquiries.
• Assist on the floor with FitFix and Cardio machines questions.
• Explain club services and amenities and upsell memberships or services.
• Maintain cleanliness and store safety standards during shifts.
• Provide training and support during monthly meetings and events.
