Responsibilities

• Setting up and tearing down banquet halls and event spaces according to event floor plans.
• Reading and interpreting BEOs to ensure accurate event execution.
• Arranging staging, tables, chairs, linens, place settings, glassware, and buffet stations.
• Ensuring rooms are prepared and presentation ready.
• Cleaning and maintaining event spaces during room flips.
• Moving, storing, and maintaining banquet equipment safely.
• Keeping corridors, storage areas, back-of-house spaces clean and accessible.
• Following workplace safety and company policies.

Overnight even Set up Crew

We are currently seeking motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented individuals to join our Overnight Event Setup Team.

What You'll Do

• Setting up and tearing down banquet halls and event spaces according to event floor plans and specifications
• Reading and interpreting Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to ensure accurate event execution
• Arranging staging, tables, chairs, linens, place settings, glassware, and buffet stations
• Ensuring rooms are fully prepared and presentation ready
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and maintaining cleanliness of event spaces during room flips
• Safely moving, storing, and maintaining banquet equipment
• Keeping service corridors, storage areas, and back-of-house spaces clean, organized, and unobstructed
• Following all workplace safety, and company policies
