Job summary

Hilton Winnipeg Airport Suites is seeking a Night Auditor to join our team. This role balances daily hotel operations overnight, delivers exceptional guest service, and ensures accuracy in reporting and brand standards.

The Night Auditor will handle late arrivals and early departures, generate daily reports, and support front desk operations during night shifts and weekends. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Balancing daily hotel operations accurately and timely.
• End of day procedures for all systems.
• Data entry in Westmont Electronic Reporting.
• Handling of late arrivals and early departures.
• Production and distribution of daily reports in a timely manner.
• Ensuring all guest room rates are correct and balanced.
• Ensuring all Food & Beverage revenues are balanced and posted.
• Guest Service Agent responsibilities, as required.
• Daily Cash Deposits.
• Full knowledge and understanding of emergency procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in hotel environment.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Effective problem solving skills.
