Canad Inns is seeking motivated individuals for on-site roles at the Radisson Winnipeg, by Canad Inns. Evening and night shifts are required, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities include handling daily financial transactions, posting revenue accurately, completing reconciliations, and cash handling. Strong guest service, attention to detail, and independence are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must have prior hotel experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and balancing daily financial transactions.
• Ensuring all revenue is posted efficiently and accurately.
• Complete daily reconciliations.
• Operate a cash register and all processes of payment.
• Listen, apologize with empathy, find a solution and follow through when resolving guest problems.
• Maximizes customer satisfaction by executing detailed instructions for all guests and potential guests.
• All other duties as required.
