Job summary

Hilton Winnipeg Airport Suites is seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our on-site team in Winnipeg, MB. You will welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out, handle reservations and room assignments, and respond to inquiries across in-person, phone, and email channels.

Daily tasks include processing payments, resolving guest concerns promptly, and coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure exceptional service and accurate records in the property management system.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and guest relations skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort with reservation or property management software.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm and solution-focused when addressing guest issues.
• Hospitality experience is an asset but not required.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
• Handle reservations and room assignments.
• Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest records in the PMS.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to meet guest needs.
• Respond to guest inquiries in person, by phone, and via email with professionalism.
