Shearer's Foods Canada, Inc. is hiring an Ovenroom Machine Operator in a food manufacturing environment.

Shift is Monday to Friday, 3.00pm to 11.00pm, with pay rate of CAD 23.40/hr plus CAD 1.00 shift premium; CAD 24.40/hr plus CAD 1.00 shift premium after 1040 hours. Responsibilities include measuring ingredients, monitoring machines for faults, assembling and cleaning tooling, and maintaining accurate production records.

Formación

• Leadership: set a positive example and align with company values.
• Computer skills: basic production software and recordkeeping.
• Time management: manage changeovers and breaks efficiently.
• Physical demands: able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle a manual workflow.

Responsabilidades

• Measure ingredients following a recipe and record material use.
• Monitor machines for faults and respond to equipment issues.
• Assemble, disassemble, and clean tooling as required.
• Maintain a clean work area and follow safety practices.
• Lift bagged ingredients ~23 kg (50 lbs) as needed.
