Job summary

Give & Go Prepared Foods Corp. in Canada is hiring a Night Shift Machine Operator to ensure safe, efficient production of baked goods.

Under supervision, you will operate automated equipment, monitor quality, and maintain clean, organized workstations. Responsibilities include following GMPs, performing routine maintenance checks, adjusting machines, handling changeovers, recording data, and cooperating with the line team to meet production targets.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• 1 year machine operator experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to read and write in English and fill out relevant work documents.
• Strong ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor equipment to ensure quality product.
• Follow safety SOPs and GMPs; keep guards in place.
• Perform machine adjustments and changeovers as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping and remove scrap from the area.
• Record process data and complete paperwork accurately and timely.
• Communicate with area/line leader regarding machine operation.
