Job summary

DMC Recruitment Group in Mississauga, ON, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to take ownership of an established Southwest Ontario territory. You’ll inherit an existing customer base, grow new business, and represent an industry-leading distributor with a broad product offering.

You’ll earn a base of $75,000–$84,000 with uncapped commissions, a car allowance, gas card, RRSP matching, and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful outside B2B sales experience.
• Proven ability to grow existing accounts while developing new business.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and consultative selling skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent organization and territory management skills.
• Experience using CRM software.
• Valid driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of an established sales territory throughout Southwest Ontario.
• Grow existing customer relationships while developing new business opportunities.
• Build lasting partnerships with contractors, industrial customers, safety professionals, facility managers, and commercial businesses.
• Identify customer needs and recommend value-added product solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate opportunities, and close sales.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and customer activity using CRM.
• Represent the company at customer visits, industry events, and trade shows.
• Travel throughout your territory, meeting customers approximately 90% of the time.

Our client is a well-established North American distributor of essential products and solutions serving industrial, construction, and facility maintenance professionals.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an energetic, relationship-driven Outside Sales Representative to take ownership of an established sales territory throughout Southwest Ontario. You'll inherit an existing customer base while developing new business and representing a respected organization known for its extensive product offering, strong customer relationships, and commitment to service.

Whether you've sold industrial supplies, office products, safety products, PPE, building materials, construction products, MRO, tools, or other B2B products and solutions, we'd like to hear from you.
