Profile: Our client specializes in custom kitchen cabinets, vanities, and stone countertops—managing the entire process from design to installation with efficiency, precision, and a focus on quality. Their streamlined approach ensures on-time, on-budget delivery for both residential and rental projects.
They are currently seeking a Sales Representative for a hybrid role that blends sales and marketing, aimed at driving B2B growth and enhancing brand visibility through targeted outreach and strategic initiatives.
Territory: Greater Montreal, with plans to expand into the Ottawa region
Workplace: Work-from-home (must be local to the Greater MTL Area), with the possibility of working from the office.
Products/Services: Building Materials / Interior Finishing
Commissions/Bonus: $50,000 in the first year at 100% of objectives, with uncapped commission potential. Additional bonus opportunity tied to sales targets and strategic initiatives.
Car allowance: Car allowance or mileage reimbursement

Requirements
Development vs Maintenance: 100% vs 0%
Road vs Office: 60% vs 40%
Languages: Fluency in written and spoken French and English required

Training: On-the-job training provided
Overnight Travel: Occasional overnight travel required
Years of experience: 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in construction, building products, or interior design sectors.
