Job summary

Rexel Canada is seeking an Outside Sales Representative based in Oakville or Milton to prospect and onboard new accounts while growing the existing customer base. You will develop an opportunity pipeline and regularly visit accounts to meet targets, documenting activities in the CRM and coordinating with the Regional Sales Manager.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years of sales experience in electrical distribution, excellent communication, and proven CRM experience.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of sales experience within the electrical distribution industry or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven ability to build/maintain productive relationships.
• Track record of achieving sales targets.
• Outstanding communication skills, to communicate effectively with all current and prospective customers on a regular basis.
• Experience with a CRM software.

Additional Information

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is CAD 60000 - 75000. Final compensation within this range will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. This range does not include variable pay or other components of Rexel’s total rewards package.
