Job summary

ForgeFit, a nationwide fitness equipment partner, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our gym and fitness center client base across Canada. You will identify needs, present equipment solutions, and build lasting relationships with gym owners, directors, and managers via phone, video, and email.

You’ll manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools, meet monthly targets, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth fulfillment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in a B2B or fitness-related role is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with outbound outreach and closing sales virtually.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized.
• Passion for fitness or knowledge of gym equipment is a bonus.

About the Role
