What You’ll Do:
  • Schedule appointments and visit existing and potential customers to review product needs and identify opportunities
  • Manage and grow current customers in your territory
  • Deliver excellent customer service while meeting customer needs
  • Collaborate with store, regional, and organizational staff to find the best solutions for customers
  • Promote products using a direct selling model to your assigned customer base
  • Leverage internal data to understand customer needs and opportunities
  • Build customer loyalty through continuous innovation, becoming a trusted advisor
  • Utilize your network to assist in sales cycle development
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers and store personnel
Do you fit the part?
  • Previous sales experience in a related field is required
  • 5+ years of experience in the automotive or industrial industry is required
  • Superior customer service skills, both on the phone and in person
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and mechanical repair
  • Proficient with basic computer functions and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work effectively as part of the Lordco team
  • Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and adherence to the Lordco Occupational Health and Safety program
