Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking an Outside Sales Consultant in Ontario to join the Greater Toronto / South West Ontario team. You will visit pre-scheduled residential appointments to present window and door replacement options and aim for same-day closure.

This full-time, commission-based role offers uncapped earnings (typical CAD 150k–200k) with paid training, annual sales trips, and a comprehensive benefits package, including RRSP and insurance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Have a valid Driver’s License (required).
• Comfortable traveling up to 3 hours for appointments on a daily basis (required).
• Ability to lift and carry at least 40-60 lbs. of sample materials (required).
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad (required).
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.

Responsibilities

• Provide necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on window/door replacement projects.
• This position is a strong sales closing role with no ongoing project management.

Role Description

While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING! We're looking for motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in September 2026.

Our Design Consultants go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations. They provide all of the necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects. This position does not require cold calling or project management - it is strictly a strong sales closing role.
