Job summary

Emerald Hills Golf Club is seeking an Outdoor Golf Services Attendant for a seasonal role on site. You will support cart operations, assist golfers, and help with on-course maintenance while delivering exceptional customer service to Members and guests.

You will also assist with tournament setup, club washing and driving range activities, and interact with Members to resolve issues in a friendly, professional manner.

Qualifications

• Must have very good time management and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively within a team management structure.
• Excellent public relations skills.
• Must excel in customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cart operations and guest services on the course and at the driving range.
• Support with golf club washing, cart cleaning and maintenance, and on course operations.
• Help with tournament setup and other duties as assigned by golf professionals.

• Responsible for "Outside Services" such as Member and Guest greeting, golf club washing, golf cart cleaning/maintenance, driving range operation.
• Assist with tournament setup and other duties as assigned by the golf professionals.
• Interact and assist Members and guests on various issues.
